What you pay, and when
You see the full amount, for every traveller and every fee, before you pay anything.
- Carreh service fee
- Charged per traveller, with any group discount applied, and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Government and centre fees
- Set by the destination and by the visa application centre, and they vary by country. We list them in full before payment. They are not part of Carreh's fee.
- Refunds
- Our service fee is not refundable once you have paid, whatever the decision on your visa. The one exception: if we cannot book an appointment your application requires, we refund our fee in full. Refund policy
- How you pay
- By bank transfer against your Carreh invoice. Once we receive it, your file moves on to a specialist. Neither Carreh nor Carreh AI ever asks for your card number.
What we can promise, and what we cannot
The decision belongs to the authorities. The preparation belongs to us.
Carreh is not an embassy, a consulate or a visa officer, and we have no influence over any decision. Only the authorities of the country you are visiting decide whether to issue a visa, and they can refuse or delay any application.
What we promise is the work: a complete and consistent file, forms that match your documents, letters that explain your trip, and a specialist who reviews everything before it is submitted. If we are not confident in your file, we tell you before you pay.

Good to know before you start.
Can I apply from a country where I am not a citizen?
Yes, in most cases. You usually apply in the country where you legally live, and the officer will ask for your residence permit, valid for the whole trip. Tell us your citizenship and where you live, and we check what applies to you.
Who decides whether I get the visa?
Only the authorities of the country you are visiting. Carreh prepares and submits your application but cannot promise or influence a decision.
What does Carreh AI do, and what does the specialist do?
Carreh AI reads your documents as you upload them, checks them against the rules for your trip, fills the forms and drafts your letters. A visa specialist then reviews the whole file, corrects anything that needs it, and submits the application. A person always checks before anything goes to an embassy.
Do you book visa appointments?
Yes, when your application needs one. If we cannot book an appointment your application requires, we refund our service fee in full.
What happens if my visa is refused?
We go through the refusal letter with you and explain your options. Our service fee is not refunded after a refusal, because the work on your file has been done; government and centre fees are never refundable.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are stored privately and encrypted, opened only by the people working on your application, and used only to prepare it. Read our privacy policy.
Which destinations do you cover?
Tourist visas for Canada, the United Kingdom, France and the other Schengen countries, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Türkiye, Morocco, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and Namibia, and business visas for China.
