1. Who we are

Carreh Visas is a service of Carreh, société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle, registered in France under SIREN 106 275 290, Paris 75011, France, intra-Community VAT number FR 74 106 275 290 (“Carreh”, “we”). These terms apply when you use visas.carreh.com, create a Carreh Visas account, or ask us to prepare a visa or travel authorisation application. By paying for the service you accept them.

2. The service

Carreh Visas helps travellers prepare and submit short-stay visa and travel authorisation applications. Depending on your route, the service includes:

• collecting the information your application needs through a guided conversation;
• a checklist built for your citizenship, your country of residence and your destination;
• reading and checking the documents you upload, and telling you what to fix;
• preparing your application forms and generating the documents your destination asks for;
• preparing supporting documents such as cover letters and travel itineraries;
• completing and submitting your application on the official portal on your behalf, where the destination allows it;
• booking your appointment at an embassy, consulate or visa application centre, when your route requires one;
• the Carreh AI assistant, which answers your questions about the service and your application.

The exact scope for your application is confirmed before you pay. Our work is the preparation and organisation of your file; it does not include legal advice or representation before any authority.

3. Carreh AI and your specialist

Carreh AI, our artificial intelligence, reads your documents as you upload them, compares them with your route’s requirements and with each other, fills forms and drafts letters. It can make mistakes, which is why a Carreh visa specialist reviews your whole file, your forms and your letters before anything is submitted. Carreh AI never submits an application and never decides anything about your visa. You can ask to speak to a person at any time by writing to visas@carreh.com.

4. We do not decide visas

Our commitment is an obligation of means, not of result: we prepare your application with care and to the standard the authorities publish, but we cannot promise that it will be approved, or approved by a particular date. A refusal, a delay or a request for more documents is the authority’s decision and is not a failure by Carreh to perform the service. Requirements and processing times can change without notice; where we tell you about them, it is information to help you prepare, not a guarantee.

5. Your account

You need an account to apply. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian apply for you. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you apply for other travellers, you confirm that they have agreed and that you may share their information and documents with us.

6. Your responsibilities

When you use the service, you agree to:

• give accurate, complete and truthful information. False or misleading information can lead to a refusal, a ban and legal consequences, and you alone are responsible for it;
• upload only genuine documents that belong to you or to the travellers you apply for, and that are valid, readable and meet the destination’s requirements;
• review and confirm every answer, form and letter before we submit, and tell us at once if anything is wrong;
• attend your appointment on time, with every original document the authority asks for;
• follow the laws of your country of residence and of your destination;
• not use the service for any fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
• never share passwords, full card numbers or one-time codes with Carreh AI or in messages. Carreh will never ask you for them.

7. Acting on your behalf

When your route allows it, you authorise Carreh to complete and submit your application, book your appointment and correspond with the authority or visa centre in your name, using the information and documents you have confirmed. We act only within that authorisation and only for your application. You remain the applicant, and declarations made in the application are yours.

8. Fees and payment

Service fee

Carreh charges a service fee per traveller for preparing and submitting the application. The amount, including any group discount, is shown at checkout before you pay. The fee pays for the preparation and organisation of your file, not for its outcome.

Government and centre fees

Visa fees, travel authorisation fees and visa application centre fees are set by the destination and by the centre, vary by country and are separate from Carreh’s fee. We show them in full before payment. Depending on your route, you pay them directly, or we collect them and pass them on at their actual cost.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Neither Carreh nor Carreh AI stores your full card number.

Price changes

We may change our prices with prior notice on this website. A change never affects an application you have already paid for.

9. Refunds and withdrawal

Carreh’s service fee is not refundable once you have paid, whatever the outcome of your application. This includes a refusal, a delay, a change in the authority’s requirements, an interruption of an official portal, or any other cause outside our control.

The one exception: if your route requires an appointment and we cannot book one, we refund our service fee in full, as set out in our refund policy.

Government fees, visa centre fees, insurance and non-refundable reservations are never refundable by Carreh and follow the rules of whoever charges them.

Right of withdrawal. Under articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. When you pay, you ask us to start work straight away. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the work already done in proportion to the whole service; once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

10. Authorities and other providers

Your application depends on authorities and providers we do not control: embassies, consulates, official portals, visa application centres such as VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS, and our payment provider. Their rules, fees, downtime, slot availability and decisions are their own. We are not responsible for their acts, delays, errors or cancellations, but we will help you deal with them.

11. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, brand, text and graphics, belongs to Carreh and is protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for its purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or build on any part of it. Your documents and information remain yours; you allow us to use them only to provide the service to you.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Carreh is not liable for:

• a refusal, delay or request for more documents by any embassy, consulate or authority;
• downtime, errors or changes on official portals that prevent or delay a submission or a booking;
• the loss of an appointment slot through demand or system errors at a visa centre;
• the acts of authorities and other providers described in section 10;
• indirect losses, such as lost travel costs or bookings made before your visa was issued.

Our total liability for an application is limited to the service fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Personal data

We process your personal data, including identity and passport details, only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Your documents are stored privately, opened only by people working on your application, and kept only as long as the service, the law and any dispute require. You can exercise your rights under the GDPR by writing to visas@carreh.com.

14. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or the law, give false or fraudulent information for an application, or use the service in a way that puts its security or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to visas@carreh.com. Closing an account does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. After closure, we keep your data only as our privacy policy and the law require.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about a material change by email or with a clear notice on this website at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. An application you have already paid for stays under the terms in force when you paid.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. If a dispute arises, write to us first: we will try to settle it with you in good faith within 30 days. If we cannot agree, you may refer it to a consumer mediator at no cost to you, or go to the competent French courts, or the courts where you live if you are a consumer.
