Fees and payment
Fees and the group discountEUR 250 per traveller, the same for every destination, less when you apply together. Government and centre fees are separate.Paying by bank transferYou pay Carreh by bank transfer against your invoice, with your application number as the reference. We email your receipt when it arrives.
Refunds, decisions and privacy
RefundsOur service fee is not refundable once paid, whatever the decision. One exception: if we cannot book an appointment your application needs, we refund it in full.Decisions and refusalsOnly the authorities decide. We prepare your file to their standard and go through any decision with you.Privacy and your documentsYour documents are stored privately, opened only by the people working on your application, and used only to prepare it.
