Refund policy
This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies to Carreh’s service fee for a visa or travel authorisation application.
Our service fee
Carreh’s service fee is charged per traveller and is not refundable once you have paid, whatever the outcome of your application. The fee pays for the work on your file, which starts as soon as you pay. It is not refunded after a refusal, a delay, a change in the authority’s requirements, an interruption of an official portal, or any other cause outside our control.
The one exception: an appointment we cannot book
If your route requires an appointment at an embassy, consulate or visa application centre and we cannot book one for you, we refund our service fee in full for every traveller affected. We tell you as soon as it becomes clear that no appointment can be booked in time for your trip, and the refund goes back to the payment method you used.
Government and centre fees
Visa fees, travel authorisation fees, visa application centre fees, insurance and non-refundable reservations are set and kept by whoever charges them. Carreh cannot refund them, whatever the outcome.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance (articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). When you pay, you ask us to start work straight away. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the work already done in proportion to the whole service and we refund the rest. Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
How to ask
Write to visas@carreh.com with your application number. We answer within two working days, and an approved refund is paid within 14 days.
