Appointments and biometrics

When your application needs a visit for fingerprints and a photo, we book it and tell you what to bring.

What it is

Some applications need a visit to an embassy, consulate or visa application centre, for fingerprints, a photo or an interview.

What we do

• Book your appointment once your file is ready.
• Send you the date, the address and what to bring.
• Remind you two days before and the day before.

What we do not do

Attend for you. You go in person, with every original document the authority asks for.

Limits

Slots are set by the centre. If we cannot book the appointment your application needs, we refund our fee.

Common problems

I missed my appointment.

Tell your specialist in your application straight away. A missed appointment follows the centre's own rules.
