Carreh AI and your visa specialist

Carreh AI reads each document as you send it. A visa specialist reviews your whole file and submits it. A person always checks before anything goes to an authority.

What it is

Two parts of one service: Carreh AI, our artificial intelligence, and a Carreh visa specialist, a person.

What Carreh AI does

• Reads each document while you carry on, usually within 15 seconds, and tells you what works and what to fix.
• Compares your documents with the rules for your trip and with each other.
• Asks the questions your form needs, one at a time, with the reason.
• Answers questions about the service and your application.

What Carreh AI does not do

• Submit an application.
• Decide anything about your visa.
• Ask for passwords, card numbers or one-time codes. Never share them.

What your specialist does

Reviews your whole file, your forms and your letters, corrects anything that needs it, submits your application and books your appointment. Your specialist replies in your application, usually within one working day.

Limits

Carreh AI can make mistakes. That is why a specialist checks everything before it is sent.

Yes, at any time. Ask for a person in your application, or write to visas@carreh.com.
