Decisions and refusals

Only the authorities decide. We prepare your file to their standard and go through any decision with you.

What it is

The decision on your visa, and what Carreh does around it.

What we do

• Prepare a complete and consistent file, to the standard the authorities publish.
• Tell you before you pay if we are not confident in your file.
• Read a refusal letter with you and explain the reasons and your options.

What we do not do

• Decide, influence or speed up a decision.
• Promise approval. Carreh is not an embassy, a consulate or a visa officer.

Common questions

I was refused before. Can you help?

Yes. Tell us in your application. Your specialist reads the refusal and prepares the new file with it in mind.

Is the fee refunded if I am refused?

No. The fee pays for the work on your file. See Refunds for the one exception.
