Refunds

Our service fee is not refundable once paid, whatever the decision. One exception: if we cannot book an appointment your application needs, we refund it in full.

What we refund

If your application needs an appointment at an embassy, consulate or visa centre and we cannot book one, we refund our service fee in full for every traveller affected, to the payment method you used.

What we do not refund

• Our fee after a refusal, a delay or a change in the authority's requirements.
• Government fees, visa centre fees, insurance or non-refundable bookings. Whoever charges them keeps them.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because work starts when you pay, you pay for the work already done and we refund the rest. Once the service is complete, withdrawal no longer applies.

How to ask

Write to visas@carreh.com with your application number. We answer within two working days, and an approved refund is paid within 14 days.
